Created by Carmen Dayne, Blissful Healing Yoga is a safe haven where yoga practitioners of all skill levels (budding to advanced) can come to find a loving community, peace, healing, and bliss. The goal of Blissful Healing Yoga is to make the practice of yoga more accessible to diverse communities globally. We focus on the practices of Meditation (mind), Asana (body), and Pranayama (the breath), in order to deepen our connection within. At Blissful Healing Yoga, we aim to live more mindfully and spread both joy and love as we explore ourselves through the practice of yoga. We look forward to connecting and growing with you!
