Asana.

The body: The physical practice is the part of the practice that peaks our interests. This is the part of the practice with the many postures that you see posted everywhere. Our practice will include different styles of yoga, so that you’ll have plenty to choose from and variety in your practice.

Meditation.

The mind: Sit in stillness….calm the mind. Meditation helps each person to find peace within. The goal is to have a space where we can do group meditation and on the days where there is no group meditation, you can meditate on your own.

Pranayama.

The breath: Life force energy. Learn different breathing exercises that will help to calm the nervous system. Breath work has the ability to give you more energy and also assist with diminishing negative energy.

Community.

The Tribe: Everyone needs a community, especially when it comes to yoga. We are all connected and the Blissful Healing Yoga app is here to assist you with finding your yoga tribe. Chat on the app about topics that intrigue you and that you think would be beneficial to the group.
